生产铸态800-5球铁时应采取的措施

     球铁的性能取决于显微组织,而显微组织取决于化学成分和铸型的冷却速度,因此要想获得铸态800-5球铁,应采取以下措施:

1)化学成分设计:1、提高终硅含量

                  2、尽量降低PSMgRETi及微量元素含量

                  3、合金化

2)提高铸型的冷却速度  

 1、适当提高硅含量、控制碳当量

 适当提高终硅的含量(2.6%-3.0%)。硅是促进石墨化的元素,提高硅含量有利于增加铸件铁素体的数量;同时硅又对铁素体有很强的强化作用,据德国资料介绍,每增加0.1%Si,球铁的抗拉强度可提高9.29MPa(屈服强度提高13.8 MPa),当Si*达到4.3%时,球铁抗拉强度可达630 MPa

 将碳当量CE控制在共晶碳当量的水平,在不出现石墨漂浮的前提下,提高铸件的含碳量。

2、净化铁液

钢液通过AODVOD等方法精炼,提高了纯净度,极大的提高了各种性能、钢材的质量水平上了一个台阶、使用寿命延长、钢铁企业生产成本也得以降低。

随着球铁承担的任务越来越重要,迫使我们考虑在保证球化质量等常规措施之外应该学习炼钢的精炼工艺并将其移植过来,提高球铁处理前原铁液的纯洁度。提高球铁原铁液的纯洁度,尽可能的降低PSMgRETi及微量元素含量,以消除晶间夹杂、晶间缩松产生的因素,消除其降低塑性、韧性的隐患,使高强度高塑性球铁的获得成为可能。

净化铁液的方法有二种:1、使用高纯生铁 2、深度脱硫(氧)


铸造材料分析仪NJ-ZN208型电脑五大元素分析仪可检测的材料有:普碳钢、低合金钢、中合金钢、高合金钢、生铁、灰铸铁、球墨铸铁、耐磨铸铁、铝合金等。仪器可检测所有常规元素CSMnPSiCrNiMoCuTiAlWVNbFeΣReMgCoSbAsSnPb等。
