陶瓷釉面耐磨试验机/试验参数说明

 陶瓷釉面耐磨测定仪

 

一、适用范围:本试验仪根据ISO/DIS 10545/7《陶瓷砖-施釉砖陶瓷砖表面耐磨性试验方法》和 GB/T3810.7《陶瓷砖釉面耐磨性试验方法》标准而设计制作的仪器。将一定量的磨料置于陶瓷砖釉面上,使磨料在釉面上研磨,目测比较被磨试样釉面的差别分类。 

 
二、技术参数:
1
、试样尺寸:100×100mm;可同时作8个样品(亦称八头磨)或3个样品(亦称三头磨)的耐磨试验,少于8个试样的耐磨试验亦可通用;
2
、支承转盘中心与每个试样中心距离为195,且相邻两个试样夹具间距相等;
3
、支承盘额定转速:300±10%rp/min
4
、偏心距:e =22.5(㎜);
5
、带橡胶密封的金属夹具内径Ф83,夹具内空间高度是25.5mm,提供的试验面积约为54mm2;

6、外形尺寸:700X650X600mm

7、整机重量:109Kg
